Awful experience with Whoop, found the band to be tremendously inaccurate. Example: during my last 5 mile run, heart rate monitor on whoop was reading in the 80s, Apple Watch was at 160. Would not recommend

Have someone in customer service that you can talk to. Also improve the durability of the band. The metal is cheap and very bendable. My wrist size fluctuates as I work out and it's bending the cheap metal they use for the strap. I will say that the data is excellent and really cool and that is the only reason I am sticking with this device but I would not recommend it and I will be terminating my membership after the 6 month period I signed up for.

Poor customer service, 12 days now since I returned the band after the trial period and no responses to emails and no refund yet!!

I have been waiting 14 days for delivery after payment. It is a 12 month subscription and I feel the first month is going to be lost on delivery.

I am having technical issues with my brand new strap where it won’t stay connected for more than a few seconds at a time. I have sent logs via the app to Whoop along with all troubleshooting steps I have taken. Waited a days for a reply to tell me to update the firmware on my strap. They obviously didn’t even read my email stating that I can not update because of connection issues. Am I going to have to wait another 24 hours for a reply telling me restart my phone?

Customer service is poor. No ability to actually talk to someone. Unable to resolve issues

Terrible customer service, I do not get any auto detection, done every “self correcting measure” and no strain is being recorded or sleep. Useless product.
