Appointments:The *********, ** facility (on ***********.) has screwed up making my appointments multiple times. Latest example: I made an appointment, I confirmed it a week later, and then at the time of the appointment was told that it was not in the system! Also, the appointment center for Western Dental corporate is unable to help with these problems, and the operators have a tendency to just try to get rid of you when it becomes obvious that they are not able to help you. I have *************** and gave me list of dentist that they use. Western Dental was on list. I went to check up, they did X-rays. I liked the dentist, but she said I needed a deep cleaning and trays. I said no thank you and left office. I called back and said I wanted a regular cleaning that is covered by my insurance. They said I had to stick to what the dentist diagnosed. I called Cigna and told them issue. They called Western Dental and scheduled an appointment for me for regular cleaning. (This review is based on the non-service of Brident Dental on *********************************** 78741.)This business is incompetent, inconsiderate, fraudulent, and racist. Do not use them! Here is why:1. They schedule your appointment and cancel on the the date. I regret spending almost 11k implant on this business they pulled my tooth and it's been 6 months I haven't got my implant yet. Calling everyday just to check if it's there and front desk will be like we haven't got it yet and will call u end of the day which it never happen I am sick with this place. The service is terrible here so I asked for a final **** for services to date and they gave me a price and I paid what they told me to. They are ortho department sucks at not keep there work about fixing your braces when something is bothering you or uncomfortable. All they care about is their payment and customer service not pleasant at all. Their service match their prices, you pay less the less quality service you get. Don’t come here stop turn around go somewhere else. Do not believe them when they tell you come back anytime if you have a emergency. That’s just to get you locked into that $5000 bill.

Bad service skills and worst treatment to customers at this office I went to Ortho and was ignored when had an appointment. They let people go in front of me and decided to go to lunch instead leaving me in the lobby then proceed to tell me to come back when convenient for them but not me. Also being told and threatened to be charged for rescheduling appointments because of my job. Then when I do show up they don’t want to see me. I do wish I reviewed BBB before visiting this office because it seams like all they do is give out is bad service. I only gave them a 1 star because I can not give them a ZERO!! I"m actually shocked they haven't changed how they run things by now. I visited this office Dec 6, 2021 with hopes of finally using my dental insurance for the year before it laps for the new year . This office needs to be looked at closely they lie to customers about their dental procedure and only focus on the money part. Doctors don't want to be bothered with any questions you might have. you are only looked at as a money figure their practice is shady and full of lies here, I am on the 15th is going to be a month without any teeth or dentures. and my appointment postponed for i guess one more week to take a bite impression and then wait 2 more weeks for the first try for my dentures that's if they are no more mistak... read more
