THIS OFFICE IS THE DEATH OF DENTISTRY! THEY KILL YOUR INSURANCE BY OVERBILLING, KILL YOUR FAITH IN THE SYSTEM BY REMAINING IN PRACTICE, KILL YOUR PATIENCE BY HAVING TO RETURN TO THE OFFICE TO REPAIR POOR WORK, AND MOST IMPORTANT--YOUR SELF-WORTH! I WAS SO HOPEFUL TO GET GREAT RESULTS AND ALL I GOT WAS SEVERAL TRIPS FOR REPAIRS. I AM ANGRY AND EXHAUSTED! 1 star because I couldn't rate them any less...Worst experience ever! Dishonest, rude staff and Dentist/ Orthodontist, Disorganized billing Department. ******** Assigned me to Brident dental in ******* on Broadway and Centerville for my kids dental. We Went to our first appointment and I was told both of my kids would need oral surgery unless they get braces asap, We went in to the free consultation and because of covid, I had to wait in the lobby while my kids were with the orthodontist..... Mind you this was a consultation... read more

I agree with another customer that ******************** should shut this business down. They're terrible. I have been their customer since before Covid. Every time we get there, they made us wait for their service at least one hour. When they get you in, they would try hard to up-sale you. Even you say no, they keep asking and asking for special treatments.I knew that they're not the best but I still believed they're not that bad. Worst freaken place ever. BBB need to shut this place down. You will never get to see the dentist on your schedule time. They will reschedule you for a different date each time you go in.. they will also claim they left a phone message detailing the reschedule date. Its all **, they expect you to keep taking time off work and lose out on money. Then they expect you to pay up front before they see you 2 years after your payment. This place need to be shut down. Be sure you get work done on the day contract and deposit is made. I paid for a crown I never received. I paid over 6 payments missing 2 figured contract states once work has been provided services received the contract is legally binding, and payment needs to be regularly made, and I had not gotten any work done at all it should be fine emergency veterinary expenses came up and then they wanted me to pay my regular monthly over 100 as well as the other 2 months I missed and 2 late fees before scheduling an appointment with ... read more

Do not come to this office for dental implants! Extremely unprofessional and dodgy. Here is my personal experience of this almost year-long saga to have services completed from this office:My initial implant bone graft was on October 3, 2020.My next appointment was on June 24, 2021, which was rescheduled to June 28th, 2021 to complete progress/healing evaluation and crown impressions. back office is very concerned and very professional, ************ and office manager, need to learn how to deal with human beings.Office manager charged me for $150 extra and due to name spelling they are refusing to give the money bac even after I have worked with Billing to update my name.Office manager refusing to answer phone calls and refusing to do the proper procedures to refund the money.What is crazy that she is getting by with all these wrong attitude, poor customer ******************** and poor work ethics.
