Horrible customer service at tweedy office in city south gate. Long wait times even though you have appointment booked. I have to work and I have yet to be seen for a x ray.

On September 20, 2021, I visited the Mar Vista branch for Western Dental & Orthodontics to get a procedure done. I agreed on two separate payments, which totaled to $1014.00. The first payment of $500.00 was made on 09/20/2021 using my debit card. The second payment was to be paid upon my second appointment on 10/06/2021. On October 6, 2021, I paid off the remaining balance of $514.00 ($264.00 with debit card + $250.00 in cash). I have medical approved work for dentures. They didn't fit at all. the dentist was accusing me falsely. And said he wouldn't do anything about it medical approves every 5 years. I'm a senior and very rattled at his unprofessional riddicous response. I was alone and atacted verbally 11/16/21 from Western dental worker very distressful

I rec'd service today to get my wisdom teeth pulled by ***************************. Asked to be put to sleep and was told no and that I could only be numbed. Because I was in so much pain I said okay. He numbed me once and told him it didn't work. I thought he was going to numbed me again but he preceded in taking the teeth, I started screaming and asking him to stop, trying to push him away and he just continues until it was out and stated that now it's over and telling me I have an infection. This dental company is a money mill. You can never been seen at the time of your appointment, pre covid and during it can be about an 45 minute wait at times. They will harass for $75 owed on your account 5 or more times a day. Ladies who work the front desk are rude. Ortho dentist is rough and dont care what type of discomfort/pain your in. He filed me teeth down leaving me with severe discomfort on the front of my teeth. Do your research and find another dentist/ortho place to be seen at.

I took my son for a dental check up and cleaning. They reccomended he get braces which was fair since his baby teeth were not falling out and his teeth were not straight. They didnt take our normal insurance so they suggested us to apply for Care Credit. I was approved and everything was charged to the care credit. Treatment was started immediately. Stay away if you can.Started the treatment and after 2 months found out it can't be fully provided to me.All the sudden they couldn't do Root canals and crowns.I had to go to different dentist and pay them for this service.In the meantime they were still charging my account fully for the whole treatment plan plus the whole interest rate willingly knowing they cannot do this services.Spend last two weeks on the phone with the customer service and office in ********** **.File the complain over the phone and demanded to remove ... read more

Doctor did malpractice on my partial denture and are denying me my a refund for service paid. They keep giving me the round around sending me to corporate then to local office and back to corporate and no one is helping me the doctor that did the malpractice quit days after her mishap.
