Worst Dental office! My son had his braces put on Sept 2016. He had 1 crooked tooth but his mouth was narrow. He wore an expander for 3 years. He's worn bands for 3-4 years. Worst dental place ever!!! I was forced to get a contract for my orthodontist treatment because I was told that my insurance didnt cover any type of orthodontist treatment. Which my insurance did cover for half of my treatment, now I am stuck to pay *****+ for my treatment. Worst dental office ever! Highly unprofessional & inconsiderate. I made an appointment on their website for a general check up/cleaning. When I arrived I was told that they don't take general appointments that late. I asked why did the website let me book & the lady shrugged & said " Our system is messed up" I re-booked for a few weeks laters & this time when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the they had to change the time from 1pm to 2pm with no explanation. Terrible business practices!! I've been going to WD (Brident Dental) for almost 3 years. I sought treatment for braces and unfortunately entered into a contract with their Orthodontist. In the past 2 1/2 years I've been cancelled and rescheduled numerous times and have seen 4 different Orthodontist, all of which have different treatment plans. Not 1 star, minus 5 stars - Western Dental does not keep appointments, abuses their customers by making them wait for hours with no estimate of additional wait time. My wife and I had appointments at 10, waited 2 hours, The made us pay for the visit and wait, but we did not get our teeth cleaned, couldn't wait another 2 hours."
I specifically went there for braces for my daughter and informed them of such and they managed to stick a contract under my nose for general dental services even though I told them we have a family dentist. Then they sent me to collections for an outstanding amount that my insurance didn't cover after I called them on an unrelated matter and they noticed this outstanding balance. **************. They put me on hold for an hour on purpose after I said I wanted to go to another **** surgeon and not use thiers. They said they "cant" write a referral since I can use them. They have always been so unethical and what they are doing isn't legal. They shouldn't deny me a referral for the treatment I need even if it's not in thier office. On Wednesday, March 31st, I had an appointment at Western Dental & Orthodontics. Although the appointment was at 9:30 am, I arrived early at 9:00 am to deal with any additional paperwork. What I saw during this wait time was foreboding. As I sat waiting, I watched three homeless men with ******* arrive desperate for treatment.
