DO NOT GO HERE TO CARROLLTON LOCATION. GHETTO AND UNORGANIZED & DIRTY!!! DENTISTS ARE VERY FRUSTRATED AND OVERBOOKED. THEY CALLED TO CANCEL MY APPT AFTER I TOOK TIME FROM WORK WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
The female dentist was rude not professional both times I saw her was in for a deep cleaning left with teeth cleaning that was not done very well. crossing my fingers my crowns are right I will never go back after getting my crowns very bad customer service DO NOT GO THERE

Overall, I am Totally unimpressed by Western Dental for a host of reasons, but I can only afford cheap dental insurance, so I am stuck with mediocre service. Every time I had an appointment, I was seen by a different dentist. On two visits, the same dentist couldn't even speak English. His dental assistant was translating for him. I was under the impression you have to speak English in order to graduate from a U.S. dental school. So, the question arises, did the dentist graduate from an accredited U.S. dental school, or?
Western Dental located at *******************************************. Over charged me for both my ******* and ************** They charge me full prices even after providing my Dental insurance they lied to me making me believe I was being charged my copay. This place always double books you have an appointment at 1:00 you may get seen at 4:00 the staff are rude and talk about patients loudly management never resolves any issues something really should be done about this place
Paid in full on the day of service. Two days later received a call from their collections ***** stating my **** was delinquent. I clarified that the **** was paid in full and how can ANY **** be delingquent two days after the appointment. RED FLAG! They apologized, said yes, they could see that I had paid and assured me all was well. Next day and for 5 days after, I received at least 1 call from them again, stating they were trying to collect a debt and that my acct was delinquent but when I speak to the person they confirm ... read more
Over charge !! Western immediately maxed out my dental benefits at first appointment 2k . Then ran up another 5k with care credit . Jan 1st 2022 immediately maxed out the new year benefit of 2k. Now they want another ******* so it cost ****** for 1 upper denture and 1 snap in denture with 2 bottom implants. Something is very wrong here

The worst experience I have had with a *************** The Dentist are good, but the staff is so unprofessional, with no experience with patients that look to them for their" expertise". I went to not one but 2 of the Brident ******* locations only to be disappointed by both! The first location is ******* ************. I after seeing the general dentist was informed that I will need to have 4 extractions. I was ok with this and wanted to know what to do to get implants.
