I made an appointment for a routine Regular Dental Exam at Western Dental ( *******************************************************) and they confirmed that it is covered by my insurance. On April 10 appointment, they took X-rays but did not do dental cleaning. All service provided by Western Dental was taking X-rays.Then I received a $2211.50 bill with no service description.

This western dental in ********* is the most rudest and un trustworthy business I have ever meet. I had a appointment at 3pm there was a lot of people so we went out side to wait. Then about 3:15 we went back in and the receptionist with the red Pony tail says very rudly we have been calling your number mind tou we were right outside the window she was sitting at.fine we changed it then I pay for my daughter retainer to be made since last time the same lady asks me very rudly that the retainer will be 150 cash or card. I received a "One-time Bonus Award" letter, offering a 10% savings if I paid my account in full by April 1, 2023. After receiving the letter I received 4 phone calls to see if I would take advantage of this offer. Each time I stated I was thinking about it. The last phone call I specifically told them that I had till April 1 to make a decision and I would contact them. March 24, I did contact them and gave them my credit card to pay my bill in full.. These people are the worst! I have been trying to update my sons insurance for 2 months. I have gotten nowhere with my issue. I call the office, they hang up on me. I called corporate, they direct me back to customer service, then customer service directs me back to the office. ********************************* is the manager and never returns calls. I will no longer being paying these fools and I am expecting a call from billing asking for money that clearly I will not be paying. For anyone reading this, please ************... read more

Poor service all around. Calls directly to the actual business your going to gets pushed to the call center. Either the call center makes an appointment time that the western dental doesn't do, like today. I received a call from the western dental kids site saying they dont do the appointment time the call center made. The call center Mlmakes an appointment and the western dental never got the appointment so you show up and can't be seen. Charged $900.00 for a ******* treatment that they are financially affiliated with... the front office manager will talk in circles and swore that they do not fraudulent bill for their services. Will take advantage of people who are not dental *****. They will charge you for services that are not seen as medically necessary and any that are denied by your insurance saying that you NEED to have them done. HORRIBLE business practices. I have called all 5 numbers for Western dental and no one replies - no one answers their phones - they still go ahead and book you into checkups and then you can't cancel them and seems to be a scam to get people on exams that bill random people who cant get out of a meeting that is bogus... finally I had some random person reply to my call - they said to call and unlisted number ******************** and press option number 6 - if you want to talk to someone...this office is terrible
