I* is a clinic. Only used *hem for emergency ex*rac*ions. The whole *enor of *he place reeks of indifference and overbooking and sucking people in for or*hodon*ic and implan* work. I'd never have any*hing more *han ex*rac*ions done *here. Den*is* was experienced bu* made me undergo 6 sho*s of lidocaine ra*her *han provide anaes*hesia for *wo ex*rac*ions. The sho*s were agonizing due *o seriously infec*ed jaw and cheek. A cheap ou*fi*. Don * do any*hing impor*an* *here.

This business needs to be investigated for fraud. I was sold a gum prevention item for **** that should cost $200. They keep you waiting for hours, and then sell you on the fact that they're go0ing to save your teeth, and charge you exorbitant amounts because of your fear.

The call center is absolutely aggravating to deal with. They make appointments that I did not make. Trying to get my daughters braces. Adjusted monthly has been h*** I wish crown Dental wouldnt have gotten bought out by Brident Dental. I will never recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Last month I called to make an appointment, and the lady on the phone had noise in the background, and I heard a group of what sounded like young adults cussing up a storm, and saying inappropriate things, very unprofessional. Regarding Western Dental In Phoneix ** ****** Road: A few years ago, I went to Western Dental to get a gum graft. They did excellent work. On Sept 1, 2023, I went back to get another consultation on the gum graft. They did a thorough exam and X-rays. For the past two months, I have called several times a week on different days. The call center, who manages the interactions between myself and the office, stated they would email them, call them, etc, on my behalf. No one ever called me back. No stars actually but I needed to press on a star in order to post.Trying to cancel my daughter's appointment for November 4. Been on the phone now for 15 minutes (and going) but all I get is their advertisement. It is so annoying. You can't even cancel an appointment over the phone within 5 minutes.

Be aware of terrible patient practices that exist as standard protocol by Western Dental employees - especially the ********** site. They candidly and unapologetically state that Western Dental does not care for its patients because it's a corporation that only exists for the business of making money, not patient care. That was shared with me directly by nearly all of the dental assistants and dentist on duty. I was shocked they were so blatant about poor patient service. Western dental on ******** in north ********** is GARBAGE!!! The little girl(******) at the front desk is rude and disrespectful of patients pain and time. I literally saw ****** laughing at a young lady who had an appointment for 9am ****** sent this lady away in tears and laughed and joked about the lady with other front office staff. They make unrealistic appointments that they have no intention of keeping.Western dental should be closed down for good!!!

My daughter went in with tooth pain and came out with a ****** Credit Card because she was told she had stage 2 gum disease even though the dentist never mentioned that to her at all! She canceled the treatment right after she realized that she was scared and made to believe it was very serious. We were told corporate was notified of the cancellation but after reading these reviews I wonder if shell still get a bill from ****** because nothing was actually done to cancel.
