Egregious. Negligent.I asked for an office with an Endodontist. They booked the appt. I showed up, they DON'T have an endodontist! Tried calling the call center & asked for a supervisor or manager seven times. Each time they would just tell me they were transferring me to one, EACH time I want to a different department, ot hung up, or, transferred me to the end of the line.Horrible!
Not an honest company I am totally disabled and have ******** dental coverage prior to the services provided their office made sure they be reimbursed by ******** Then collection agency started to ask me for $5.000 and report me as bad debt and now my credit is in jeopardy. I am on social security disability total disabled thats not a way to treat people.
Horrible experience. Starting with the Salty receptionist. I took a day off work to have my 14 molar, infected root canal, accessed and to develop a treatment plan and cost accessment. INSTEAD.. the only thing that happened was a bunch of xrays and them telling me my 14 molar needed a root canal and a list of dentist that don't accept my insurance. WTF!!!!WTF!!!!!I had to go back in and request some antibiotics to treat my infection.DO NOT USE THIS "DENTIST" WAJ !
Zero stars if I could!!I paid full price for a teeth cleaning, as I didnt have any insurance.The female assistant scraped at the surface of one of my bottom left teeth and a surface filling I had gotten a couple years ago (from braces decay) flew out of my mouth!!! I paid everything in full about the listed procedure they will do for cavities and crowning. I paid everything in full. I lost my job somewhere along the way which cut my insurance but I paid everything in full. They listed extra procedure and charges without notifying me and they put a "nasty" clause somewhere in the contract that I am responsible to pay. The experience that I received from Western dental is horrible. I was told that I needed a root canal months ago and my orthodontist never took out. My bracket now right root canal cannot be finished. I am unable to get in touch with my orthodontist. I was told ******** is out for months. Will not be back until September. What can I do or who can help me to get services and another office?
This is the most unprofessional, poorly run business I've ever encountered. Being an ortho and dental patient here for a year has been nothing but problems-truly too many to list. This is the worst experience I have ever been to. Bad customer service, horrible cooperation with the customers, book me for 12pm and they changed it to 11am, and thats fine but my son didnt go in until 11:20 which is absurd to me. I understand waiting a little bit of time with a little communication on the side but I kept waiting and waiting with no communication. They also refused to treat us. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The WORST experience ever.Arrived at appointment, wasn't seen for over an hour and a half wait. I should have left. Anyway, the x-************* was SO disorganized. Then, before the "doctor," if he really was one, very questionable, kicked everyone out so his staff could go to lunch. Tells everyone to come back later. Later will never happen for me. That's a negative one star.
