After getting a discount to pay bill off early the came back to say I never paid **** when I have proof on my bank statements and a paid in full receipt they are trying to collect from me again even the local office said my bill is paid in full and they supplied me with a breakdown but corporate is still harassing me and threaten to put it on my credit report I believe fraud has accord too with them
This place needs to shut down. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times I need a root canal ans have needed one for 3 months. I have medi - cal and they are so rude to medi-cal patients. I have seen them be verbally rude a disabled gentleman. They are always talking c*** about the patients when they leave and laughing at them. Someone needs to close this location. They tried to upsell on every procedure necessary. I would need to take out a loan with Care Credit to have my teeth cleaned as they literally refused to do the routine cleaning. They insisted I needed a deep cleaning requiring sedation and a lot of money! I will never go back to them.
This place has no respect for the people they service. 0. They run this place like a ghetto slum and it is hard to believe that these people are doctors.
Zero Stars from these Scam Artists!! Tried to charge me $733.00, because they said insurance would not cover "crown lengthening". Called my insurance and it did cover their BS crown lengthening. Please please go somewhere else!! Western Dental has had millions of complaints!!
Terrible care for elders. Push credit cards to old people without explaining what they mean and ask them to sign the agreement ignorant to what they are signing. They hurt the lower lip of an old woman and blamed her for getting infected. It seems like they change personnel often. This lady is scare to you back but she knows that she had no other option since she had been charged in full even before the procedure has been completed. **************** location delayed my initial exam by 2 hours and canceled my crow appointment 30 minutes prior to appointment time.
This place is just out to get your money or take from insurance. We had to many situations with this place to name. The manager needs to go and some of the other employees as well
Charging me for dental procedures they never rendered, I showed them my contract and they duplicated my contract by adding services by hand. They are very dishonest company, they keep harassing me for something that I never have done it. I already complained to the dental board of ********** and not hung has been done it. Who or where I should I go to file a complaint.
