I wish I could give them NO STARS!!! This is, by far the worst dental office I have ever visited in my life. I went for a cleaning, and the dentist pushed really hard to get their periodontal treatment. She was rather rude and dismissed my concerns about dentists in general! Once I purchased their products I was supposed to get the tray after 3 weeks, 2 months later I had to visit their office since nobody seems to know how to answer their ******phone! If I could give zero stars and still leave this remark I would. But I had to give one star to be able to leave a comment. Western Dental is very unprofessional as well as money mongering rip-off artist. Trying to talk to them never leads to a viable solution. I am struggling to make payments every month for my son I went through several months of 2020 due to covid-19 not getting an appointment for my son. If I could give zero stars I would. Today I am going in for a dental filling at a completely different dental office in Oakland. But I’m scared to death to go because of my horrible experience with this Western Dental. Back in 2011 I got my upper wisdom teeth removed. They weren’t ready to be pulled. The worst. Never have i had the experience in dealing with a company where they take your money and paid this rude employees. Like if I where to owe them something they should be thankful your paying and therefore keeping a check. Alicia at the wheatland office not only her demeanor as businnes manager does not show. Looking like she woke up out of bed. Obviously not looking the part in a professional setting. To go to this dental office and have them do anything on your mouth, would be the equivalent of having a crime done in plain sight without anybody knows what's going on. I went to this place for two years straight and have them do a deep cleaning for me every six months... Only to find out that I was just getting a REGULAR CLEANING, but my insurance plan was changed for a deep cleaning each time. Unprofessional, disappointing, and above all not a place I would refer anyone I know for lack of customer service and their overall indifferent and negligent disposition. This was my first and last visit . I took my daughter and husband in for an annual cleaning which they refused to do for my husband advising he'd need a deep cleaning and it would cost $1000. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Don’t ever go to western dental! They rip you off. I was supposed to be referred to a root canal specialist back in February of 2020 and they never did that! I went back in June and they finally gave me a referral sheet only to have waited longer. I never got my root canal done and went else where. On top of that they charged me for all these services which was never done. Please AVOID this place!!!!! Western Dental is by far the worst company I've ever had to do business with. I was fitted for clear aligners and had my permanent retainer removed, then right when I was supposed to pick up my aligners, their office closed due to Covid.
