Customer service????? What customer service?? Western Dental offers no customer service. I took my father in for an extraction, we waited 6 and 1/2 hours. I called the 800 number, they were just as useless as the receptionist in the office. This week I took my son in for ortho, we waited nearly 3 hours for him to get seen. Appointment was at 12:00 we arrived 15 minutes for that like they ask you to, but they didn't call him in till 2:40 and the visit itself took no more than 10 minutes!!!!!!!. It's utterly ridiculous.
