I called and canceled my windows in the ti1me frame that the law allows. I called and lefted messages and even sent Sam (salesman) a text message of my decision to cancel the order. They then went as far to send a manager to my house to try to convince to let them do the work his name was Dashrara O*******. Then I spoke to a man named Marty. In no way has West Shore Home taken advantage of Amalen. Her home has extensive pre-existing water and mold damage that was discovered at the time of installation. The damage was extensive enough that West Shore Home could not, in good conscience, install her project. Our Director of Customer Service has been in constant contact with Amalen and has even offered to help her with the repairs to her home so that we can install her bathroom. The Knoxville office is incompetent with the exception of Tina. They refuse to communicate, mislead us, outright lie, provide wrong product, poor work quality and have not completed work on a Decemebr 2020 order. This is the worst building materials contractor we have ever dealt with in 40 years of home ownership and renovations. They use the excuse that they were bought out by West Shore homes (formerly Hullco)

4/06/2021, West Shore Homes came in and replaced our existing shower with a new walk-in shower. Awful job! We first contacted Jordan, our initial project planner and "liaison" only to be told that he could not help us. We were instructed to call customer service. Spoke to Brad H. who was the customer service/installation manager for our area (Lexington, Ky) Brad came out to our house and inspected the work. On August 9 2021 West Shore Home installed and new shower in our bathroom. Ray and Eric did a fantastic job installing our new shower and it looks great. I'm a very satisfied customer.
We contracted for a one day turnaround shower remodel. Installer showed up on July 6. 12 hours later the job was not done, and materials were short. They order more material, installers returned on August 6. That one day turnaround was a month. The salesman sold us a bill of goods that was completely outside his realm of competence and authority. I scheduled an appointment for July 30, 2021. Had to reschedule for 8/6/2021 due to work. All was confirmed related to the appointment with this organization. I get there today. Sitting, no call. I call at 10:30. The representative states, "Can I call you back"? She calls back only to say, "We don't service that area". I ask, "Did you not know this as I rescheduled this appointment from July 30 2021 and that your organization did not service this area"? She had no response but an apology. West Shore Home does not provide service in her area in general but we are working to expand our footprint so that we can offer remodeling services there in the future.
Austin C****** and Chase T***** installed a shower in my old home on August 5. I did not know whether they could tackle that job. They showed up on time, worked diligently all day and now I have a beautiful shower. Not only were they able to do what they said, but were able to get my old tub out in one piece without breaking it up. Somebody can now have a “heavy” flower garden. We purchased a new shower from West Shore Home in August 2020 for$11335. It replaced a tile/grout surfaced one that was very difficult to keep clean. The new West Shore Home shower was touted to have silver treated panels that resist mold growth and was more cleanable because of it's smooth surfaces. Based on those claims we made the purchase.
