review for walk in shower The installers, Blake M and Chandler M did a very nice job, were very professional, polite neat with their work.
Said I could get a free quote. Won’t give it without people coming in my home

In order for us to provide an accurate quote to Mr. Adams we request a consultation where he would design his dream bathroom. Once that is accomplished we leave him with an exact quote down to the penny.

Honestly I was super excited when I first decided to go through west shore. However come installation day it all changed. During removal they damaged a drain pipe and played it off as if it had been done before, mind you no water damage in the lower room. Paid over $600 to have a plumber come out and fix the issue and asked what could've caused it and was told that likely happened when removing the tub. Ok fine fixed it and wanted to file a complaint through them just to get a run around. Then when rescheduling to finish the... read more

We have heard Mr. S*********'s concerns and responded in true West Shore Home fashion. His date of installation was 12/30/2021. During the demolition stage of his project a pre-existing plumbing issue was identified that was not related to West Shore Home. This issue caused the project to be placed on hold as we could not, in good conscience, install the bathroom with the existing plumbing issues. It has been over a year & we are still having problems with our shower. Westshore has been here many times to "fix" our problems. When this happened my Husband said "I don't want them in my house anymore". NOW, we have mold in one of the shelves in our shower. Westshore touts "No mold or mildew from our remodels". WRONG!

Was helping my sister trying to locate a bath remodel company. Called West Shore Bath. After we talked with agent who asked what was needed. Agent wanted to know specifics such as name and address and zip. We told her the zip was 21215 and she asked whether it was Baltimore City or Baltimore County. When told Baltimore City she replied ' WE DO NOT GO INTO THE CITY. We asked why and she replied our trucks cannot manipulate city streets. Asked her for further clarification because we have large trucks and deliveries all the ti... read more

We are working to be able to extend our area of operation and when we do so we would be more than happy to provide her sister with the West Shore Home experience. In no way did this have anything to do with race.
