Very good job but their website could use working on to put in a review
2 stars for the installers who represented themselves very well. They arrived on time ready for work. They didn’t even know each other and had never worked together before but completed the job in one day. I wish I had read the reviews. The salesperson talked me out of installing the shower doors due to the size of the bathroom, however for over $10,000 a curtain just doesn’t justify the cost. The cheap shower head is definitely at the bottom of the bargain bin and water sprays out on my newly installed flooring also the wal... read more

I called and canceled my windows in the ti1me frame that the law allows. I called and lefted messages and even sent Sam (salesman) a text message of my decision to cancel the order. They then went as far to send a manager to my house to try to convince to let them do the work his name was Dashrara O*******. Then I spoke to a man named Marty. To make a long story short is I received an email stating they gave me a refund on October 18 2021 but guess what the money never was refunded to my account. So I do have another plan bu... read more

It is a terrible company to do business with and they like to take advantage of senior citizens

In no way has West Shore Home taken advantage of Amalen. Her home has extensive pre-existing water and mold damage that was discovered at the time of installation. The damage was extensive enough that West Shore Home could not, in good conscience, install her project. Our Director of Customer Service has been in constant contact with Amalen and has even offered to help her with the repairs to her home so that we can install her bathroom. The Knoxville office is incompetent with the exception of Tina. They refuse to communicate, mislead us, outright lie, provide wrong product, poor work quality and have not completed work on a Decemebr 2020 order. This is the worst building materials contractor we have ever dealt with in 40 years of home ownership and renovations. They use the excuse that they were bought out by West Shore homes (formerly Hullco)

We can sympathize with his concerns and that is why we have made every effort to help resolve his issues even though we have no obligation to do so. We will continue to try and assist Mr. Lambert in any way that we can even though he purchased his project from another company.
