1 day = 1 month+. They had to order product. Never returned phone call. Manager lied about service date. Didn't show up, didn't call. They were not going to install insulation in bath outside wall until I caught them. What a disaster that would have been when winter weather caused pipes to burst. I would not recommend them.

The project required additional material to cover the floor space for the difference in size between the previous tub and new shower. This was an issue that could not have been planned for when Ms. Ganious purchased her project and could only be identified when the old tub was removed. This companies service skill are horrible. I called around the 19th of May and scheduled and appointment for Friday the 14th. I got a call on Wednesday to confirm my appointment for Thursday. I told them when I spoke to Marty it was not Thursday but for Friday. I was told they did not know what happened but we would have to reschedule. I agreed and set the new appointment for Thursday the 20th at 2pm. I received a call at 2:15 saying the salesman went to the wrong house and would not be here until 3pm. West Shore has a referral program but they are not honoring it. My husband and I were thinking of having a step in tub installed but when my sister informed us about West Shore and having replaced all the windows and doors in her home we decided to go with them. At the time of putting in our shower we informed them of the referral and gave name and address of my sister. That was in February. Salesman from West Shore Homes came out to give us an estimate on a Kohler walk in tub. He said they were the installation company for Kohler. He wore a shirt with Kohler on it but said he worked for West Shore. Even though you cant find a published price for Kohler walk in tubs, plenty of places offer online estimates of what the tubs should be. Installed new shower/tub. Received defective material and made aware after they pulled out the old shower/tub. Had to wait 2 weeks before they returned. Didnt receive any communication from West Shore except for the 2 times I called to hear what progress there was. Poor management! This was during a holiday weekend when we had family staying with us. House was full with 1 shower. When West Shore returned to install proper material they said they would call me to discuss compensation for the inconvenience. Never received call... read more

We certainly understand Mr. Smith's frustrations. Unfortunately our manufacturer shipped a product that had some slight damage. West Shore Home stood by our customer and we were able to expedite the ordering of Mr. Smith's custom tub replacement and install the completed project within 2 weeks of receiving the damaged product. All issues have been resolved and the project has been completed to Mr. Smith's satisfactions. We sincerely apologize for the frustration that Mr. Smith experienced over the holiday.
All I can say is WOW!! These guys were amazing!! We just had them replace our bathtub with a shower. Dexter and Alvin showed up right on time, they were very professional and did such a beautiful and meticulous job!! They left the bathroom cleaner than it was when they arrived and the shower is gorgeous now!!! The plumber was very good too, but I forgot to ask his name!!
We had our shower done by West Shore Home in October, 2020. Our salesman Dan came out and was here for close to two hours. Showed us our options and answered all our questions. We had a really bad experience with our last remodel by a different company but we took a chance and signed a contract. The crew that came out to remove the old tile shower did an awesome job. Had appointment to with John Linnehan. I did ask him in the beginning if he was here for the bathroom and kitchen. He said no just bathroom. Here I thought the two men were coming from the same company, which I apologize to him for. John Lineman told me about the bathroom look great, very interested until he smartly said next time only have one appointment at a time. Didn’t you not know by say that you lost the job? Let me tell you now, next time don’t be Ignorant to your customer!

I do not recommend WestShore Home for any window install. In May 2020, we hired WestShore to replace every window and door in our house with the latest in Energy saving and impact resistance qualities. As of today, December 28, 2020, Our nearly $80,000 job scheduled for the last week in August 2020 is not yet complete. They could not get the number of windows correct during the initial meeting.
