The Knoxville office is incompetent with the exception of Tina. They refuse to communicate, mislead us, outright lie, provide wrong product, poor work quality and have not completed work on a Decemebr 2020 order. This is the worst building materials contractor we have ever dealt with in 40 years of home ownership and renovations. They use the excuse that they were bought out by West Shore homes (formerly Hullco)

West Shore Home has made every effort to stand by Mr. Lambert even though he is not our customer. We can sympathize with his concerns and that is why we have made every effort to help resolve his issues even though we have no obligation to do so. We will continue to try and assist Mr. Lambert in any way that we can even though he purchased his project from another company.
4/06/2021, West Shore Homes came in and replaced our existing shower with a new walk-in shower. Awful job! We first contacted Jordan, our initial project planner and "liaison" only to be told that he could not help us. We were instructed to call customer service. Spoke to Brad H. who was the customer service/installation manager for our area (Lexington, Ky) Brad came out to our house and inspected the work. He stated that the job was totally unacceptable and not West Shore quality work. He told us that the entire shower woul... read more

On August 9 2021 West Shore Home installed and new shower in our bathroom. Ray and Eric did a fantastic job installing our new shower and it looks great. I'm a very satisfied customer.

We contracted for a one day turnaround shower remodel. Installer showed up on July 6. 12 hours later the job was not done, and materials were short. They order more material, installers returned on August 6. That one day turnaround was a month. The salesman sold us a bill of goods that was completely outside his realm of competence and authority. If it wasn’t for professional and COMPETENT installer, Jose L****, this job would never have been done. I would never recommend West Shore home to anyone. And they are not returning... read more

I scheduled an appointment for July 30, 2021. Had to reschedule for 8/6/2021 due to work. All was confirmed related to the appointment with this organization. I get there today. Sitting, no call. I call at 10:30. The representative states, "Can I call you back"? She calls back only to say, "We don't service that area". I ask, "Did you not know this as I rescheduled this appointment from July 30 2021 and that your organization did not service this area"? She had no response but an apology. This is clearly about servicing a pr... read more
