Excellent customer service. Excellent sales associate, Sophie Morris. Overall dealership, very friendly and accommodating. I would normally dread purchasing a car, but Sophie Morris made the experience pleasant. I would recommend Sophie and Crown Acura.
Stanford Kim was my salesperson and he did an outstanding job for us. First of all he is very courteous, knowledgeable, and we felt truly trying to do the best for us. My experience was exceptionally good. From the meeting by Brian Bennett (service advisor) in the service drive to the completion of service and the delivery to me of the car. Brian made sure everything was completed to exceed my expectations. He delivered the keys to me while I talked to the sales manager about the purchase of a new car and returned a package I had left in the loaner car! He was pleasant , efficient and great to work with. I left the dealership feeling special!
Gillian Barnes was awesome helping me purchase my first Acura. She listened to my wish list and quickly found the car I requested. She patiently taught me all the features and made a stressful decision a wonderful experience, as is the RDX that I purchased. I never felt pressured or rushed... Great experience all around!
Purchased a new Car from Courtesy earlier this year. Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Sandy checked me in and took time to explain different maintenance features of my vehicle and how to interpret the different codes. Shon then filled out my maintenance book and got me check in and explained the process. After a short wait my car was ready. Brian Bennett listened to my needs, got my vehicle serviced immediately, arranged for a quick and convenient rental car, and thoroughly communicated throughout the process.
