It was an enjoyable wait in the waiting room. I enjoyed, coffee and a snack and pleasant conversation with other people. I also went to the show room to examine the 2012 cars that I only dream of.

My technician was Chris, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, my overall experience was comfortable. My car was done fast and even washed and vacuum my car, I expected an OK job but it was like detailed, i was very impressed with the service.
Brought old Acura MDX 2001 in for inspection. Needed quite a few things, which I was promplty notified to make a decision on. After careful consideration, we decided to have the repairs done vs "scraping the car"
This is the third Acura that I have had. I like the car and Ray Laks so much. They are more than willing to help you. They go out of their way to accommodate you.
I truly feel I could count on their services with my part of doing what I need to get reasonable pricing and services. A service place to fix my car, I'm able not to deal with the aches of trust.
Great job, friendly courteous staff. Will be back, will recommend. Thank you guys so much!
