Gillian Barnes was excellent. She was helpful and accommodating through the whole process and the dealership was great helping me get into the car, and the price, I had been shopping for and making sure all my needs were met throughout the purchase.
John Shaw the service manager waiting about 1 hour after closing for my car and I to be towed in and had a rental car there waiting as the rental car had closed earlier. I dont know what i can say further. His service is just incredible!
I can't say enough about my experiences with Crown. We bought our secondly Acura from Sophie Mortis and the experience was as wonderful as I would wish it to be. When I recently had a problem with my car that made it inoperable she personally drove 35 miles to bring me a loaner. Once my car was towed to Crown, John Shaw in service took over and made my repairs quick and painless. Updating me along the way. They are amazing!!!! Thank you Sophie and John.
Whirring sound coming from under the car, found to be a bad front wheel bearing at 27.5 K. Brian Bennett set me up with a rental car for the day and out the door in no time. Brian had the part ordered for the next day and it was ready first thing in the morning. Great service!

Bart Bartley has been my service rep for 3 years. Always excellent service. I arrived early for my recent service appt and Bart was at lunch. Brian Bennett came immediately to get the paperwork started. Bart had previewed all that needed to be done and Nrian had me out the door in 5 minutes. Great teamwork.
Stanford Kim did a great job with helping me choose the right car and made the whole process very easy. He was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to know about my new car. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he went through everything with me . I appreciate that he did not pressure me into buying a car like other car dealers.
