John Shaw was our service advisor, and was very pleasant and helpful! I am very pleased with the repairs done, but it was very expensive for a 15 year old car! If this lasts me several more years, I will be very happy! John provided us with a beautiful new loaner MDX 2016 for the duration of the repairs which was GREAT! Whenever I drop my vehicle off for service, the Service Manager Jim is there. This in and of itself shows me the dedication and pride he has in the dealership. He always steps away from what he is doing to say hello, and to ask me if I need anything, and if everything is being handled to my satisfaction.The family like atmosphere with the Service Department should be commended, there does not appear to ever be new faces or turnover of employees, which makes returning customers feel like a true member of a family. Crown Acura has added a repeat customer. This is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff I've ever dealt with. My salesman, Eric Ryan, knew the Acura TLX inside and out and never once pressured me for the sale. Dare I say this was actually a fun experience?
Overall a very good experience. Everyone was very courteous and professional, and the wait time did not exceed what I was told it would be.
