Brian Bennett of Crown ACURA in Clearwater looked after a brake concern I had. The service was prompt, courteous and effective. Even though I was an out of town customer with a small issue, the service was exceptional. Mr Benmett and Crown were a pleasure to deal with.

John Shaw at Crown Acura service was very helpful, courteous and honest. The car was finished when he said it would be. I wish I knew the mechanic's name but I do not. When I got in my car and noticed a light on that I could not figure out how to turn off - he was driving by, stopped and asked me if I had a problem - parked the car he was in and came over - John had already gone in to get a mechanic so I had three of them just to turn off a simple light :) I was visiting the area and would certainly use them again when in to... read more

Once again I had my car serviced at Courtesy Acura and the service was GREAT! Five Stars to Michelle Mallory!! Had 2 more services for both my TL (oil change) and MDX (Window replaced) with Michelle Mallory. Always great service!!! Sophie Morris helped make the car buying process so easy. She was so friendly and answered all of our questions. When we arrived we were in the other lot and she walked all the way to us to help us out! Sometimes you can be hesitant to call and ask someone for a random question about the car but with how friendly Sophie is I know that will never be a problem. I would recommend Sophie to everyone who wants to make a purchase at Crown Acura!

We recently visited Crown Acura and spoke with Gillian Barnes. Ms. Barnes was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our new 2016 Acura TLX. We spent several hours test driving and reviewing all the "bells & whistles" that come with the car. Gillian was very patient and used her expertise to make for a pleasant new car purchase.
