Stanford Kim did an excellent job from start to finish. Helped me on an individual basis and dedicated his whole Saturday to get the deal done. If you are looking for professionalism, quick service and great customer service - choose Crown Acura. First of all, it's so easy to schedule/change any appointment with them online. Second, they'll do their best to get you in and out quick. When my Acura wasn't ready on time I got a free loaner and was able to use it until I had the time to come back to pick up my car. Received excellent service, oil change, tire rotation, Alinement checked , car washed and shined, and main point of service, the air bag recall was corrected, after being on order sence May of this year. ( only took 5 MONTHS TO GET CORRECTED) John Shaw, service, took care of everything, great job, John Schnepp, Service Manager never returned may call regarding the air bag recall. :-(
John Shaw was my service advisor when I brought my RDX in for squeaking brakes. While there he also replaced my airbag and battery. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
