I recently came in for a low battery system update on my Acura MDX. I asked Chris to help me pair my iPhone and answer a question re remote locking. My car was ready in a timely manner. I had my phone paired and questions on the remote answered in minutes. My car was washed and the front floor was vacuumed. Outstanding service!!
They were really courteous. I could ask whatever I wanted to ask about the vehicle. If I asked them to check something out that might seem silly to someone else, they would always do that.
I have always been satisified with the work Jim has done on my vehicles over the years. The installation looks good & I feel confident it was done properly this time.
