My 2002 Acura is still a joy to drive. I have Courtsey service it and this weeks experience was outstanding! With 179,000 miles they treated my car like it was brand new. Took care of some small details, overall check for performance and replaced and fixed a few things to bring it back up to awesome. Went in for an oil change and realized I needed to do my 30K maintenance as well. Chris Smith in the service department noticed I lived about 100 miles away while he was checking my vehicle in and worked it out so everything could be done that day. I definitely appreciated the extra effort he put forth to save me a trip. He also helped me find coupons to take a few dollars off the unexpected expense. Great customer service!
Great Customer Service with Shane. Had 6:30 AM appointment and was out by 6:45 with loaner car. I knew when I went in I needed new tires so I kinda expected a call, sure enough Shane called me and had quotes on different options for tires. Did some research and prices were comparable with tire companies. When I picked up my car with new tires , my car had been cleaned, water bottle inside and a York mint - good to go. GREAT customer service
I recently bought a Kia Sorento with the help of Rick. No hassle, no pressure, super nice and helpful gentleman. Jason in the the finance department was great as well. I'll think seriously about returning to Courtesy Acura when the time comes for another vehicle. Cheers!
