Ashlee Proefke and Jacob Loverdi were absolutely amazing. We called the dealer on a Wednesday about a 2017 Honda Civic they had listed and worked out a great deal for us and Keith in financing hunted down the rate we wanted and spent a lot of time talking to us about what I was trying to accomplish. Ashlee Proefke was absolutely amazing! I began interacting with her by inquiring about an MDX online. She was honestly the most helpful person Iâ??ve interacted with via email and text. I went to test drive the MDX and I am now a new Acura owner. The entire dealership, finance, Laura, etc. were fantastic to work with. The general manager made sure this was a great experience. The rear view mirror on my 2016 Acura TLX became foggy. My husband took the car out to Spitzer for them to evaluate. Two days later, I had a new camera placed under warranty. Layne Ciminel made sure this was done in a timely manner and processed all the necessary paperwork to make it happen!

Lynn Osborn was my salesperson and she was great! I spoke to her by phone and email at least two weeks before I went to the dealership to chose my RDX. She was patient and efficient! I will see her again I am sure!
Our experience at Crown Acura didnâ??t start off well. We stopped in to look at a certain vehicle which we decided we wanted to purchase. Need a car? Call Emad Oweineh, at 713.596.2300. I was not the best candidate to receive this lovely car I don't know how but he made it happen. Everyone there is friendly. I will be recommending my friends and family and advise anyone who wants a good used luxury car to get there.
