Gillian made my car purchase seamless and so easy. She was great at communicating with me about my choices and the inventory at Crown Acura.
It was necessary to bring my car to Crown Acura Service because of a recall. Chris Sanborn took care of all my needs. Not only was the recall situation addressed but I also received a total inspection at no charge and had my oil changed for a very nominal fee. They even washed my car. Brian Bennett did a great job in ordering the new airbags and letting me know when they were in and ready to be installed. It was handled in a timely manner and I appreciated the information he gave me regarding my preventive maintenance. I'll definitely ask for Brian's assistance the next time my car needs servicing.
