I had my second incredible experience with Gillian Barnes at Crown Acura. I really dislike the car buying process in general and she has made it so easy and convenient for me and my family. She focuses on what we want and need vs. just trying to sell us on something. Everything from finding the options we wanted to having the paperwork ready by the time we walked in the door, everything was a breeze. I don't think I'll ever want to buy from anyone else.
I had a very good buying experience with Crown Acura. Gary Scott was very detail oriented and answered all my questions. He followed up with me through texts, emails, and phone calls and made the whole experience very easy for me. I would recommend Gary Scott and Crown Acura to others.
John Shaw provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. He was highly recommended to us by a relative, and we'll also be recommending him to all of our friends and family!
I had a great experience on Friday, 12/9. I took my car in for an oil change and power steering fluid flush. Upon arriving, my service specialist, Bart Bartley, easily looked up my records and advised that I just had a power steering flush only 6 months ago and wouldn't need another one. In addition, he was able to get my car right in for the oil change and tire rotation and get me back on the road in just over an hour. All around, a great experience.
