Dan Victory was the service rep. who handled my issue. After 10 years my Acura dashboard was cracking and, consequently, unsightly. I called Dan to get a quote on its replacement. He suggested I come by to let him see it and take a picture. His suggestion was that possibly corporate would take care of it or at least part of it, considering it was 10 yrs. old. Charles Johnson at Crown Acura in Clearwater did a great job. He was very courteous and competent and explained all I needed to know. He was extra attentive and helpful and I really appreciated that.
Brian Bennett is most attentive and a tenacious problem solver. He does a fantastic job for me every time I visit Crown Acura. I purchased a 2010 Acura TL at Crown in September 2013 and have had it serviced there since. On most occasions, including my most recent, major service this week, Dan Victory has been my service adviser. Dan has always done a first rate job and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Dan Victory is an excellent service advisor, much better than others I have dealt with at other Acura dealerships.
