Excellent Service – Tiffany was great, very thourough. They had a new service manager, and he seemed like a refreshing change from the previous one
Good – My concerns were dealt with. They gave me very clear explanations of what would be done. it was completed in a timely manner.
Really courteous – They were really courteous. I could ask whatever I wanted to ask about the vehicle. If I asked them to check something out that might seem silly to someone else, they would always do that.
In and out quickly – Everything was right on time. The guy who took the service order did it very quickly. I was in and out quickly.
This is the third Acura that I have had. I like the car and Ray Laks so much. They are more than willing to help you. They go out of their way to accommodate you.
