I had a great experience here. My oil change was super quick. I’m from jersey and over there it would take forever to get an oil change even if i had an appointment. It would take like 2-5 hours over there but they always gave me a report on my car and what it will need or needs already which is EXTREMELY important to me. And here it took LITERALLY 30 min. In for 20K maintenance service & a minor recall fix on our 2018 Tiguan, having just relocated back to the Charlotte area. Adam was a professional, efficient service rep who made me feel welcome. Service was done completely & in a timely fashion. I was very favorably impressed with the dealership where I first leased a Passat back in the ‘90s when the dealership was further up South Blvd on the right (been a VW owner since 1965). My car was returned to me in very clean condition, thank you.
