We were sold a brand new vehicle that will not pass inspection due to a window tint that is too dark. We’ve tried contacting the dealership to correct it on numerous occasions and haven’t received a follow up response.

We just got our second car from VW South Charlotte. Everyone one there is awesome from sales to finance to the service dept. We've always been treated very well! If you're looking for a new car, go see Spiro or Brandon. Drew in finance was great too.

So this is our first vw that we purchased a couple of weeks ago. Garrett our sales person was absolutely great and made the whole experience nice. They even priced match another dealership that I was gonna go to instead cause they wouldn't come down on the price. So after almost walking out the manager gave me the deal I wanted and I bought the car. Wife is happy.
