Volkwagon dealership in Charlotte on South Boulevard is first class! I was so impressed with Ryan O'Shields selling me my Jetta. He was able to answer every question and went out of his way to deliver me the car I really wanted and now love. Also, the complete purchase of the car was smooth and quick. I would definitely go back!!!

The bagels may not be what brings you but that's why you'll stay. The customer service is even better, and when I went they had blueberry bagels. Ryan found me a great car.

Fast, friendly Service Dept. I waited for my car and was able to work in the lounge (lots of desk space and coffee). I also like the vintage VW cars they have in the show room. This is my VW Dealership!
