If I wanted to get fleeced by a mechanic I would have stayed in NYC. I needed a rear seat belt tensioner repaired (again). First time it was repaired in NYC, it was $50.00 or so. Here at VW of South Charlotte they want to hold me up for $800 & change, AND they also threw in a quote for brakes, rotors and some other BS I never asked for. If you have a VW or other German car, go to a local shade tree mechanic. You'll get better service and leave with your dignity and wallet intact. Incredible experience! Drove over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle I had been hunting for. BreAnna and Joe went above and beyond for me. Was a breeze to work with them, outstanding service and would highly recommend! BreAnna was a gem to work with!!

We had a great experience purchasing a 2017 Jetta on Saturday. Thanks to Rick Petrie, we bypassed all the typical sales run around and back and forth on price. We had a trade in and were given a fair price on it, as well as some rebates and a very nice discount on the sticker price. We wrapped up the entire deal within a few hours and left with a brand new car. This dealership has really changed my view of car sales and highly recommend this dealership.

They make promises they don't keep. Was told I would have a car at 7:30. Even confirmed the day before. No go today. Wasn't offered the shuttle until I bitched about waiting for a car!!!'
