Seems as though buying a car always take all day! However, it was a pleasant experience and Spiro was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. My 2015 Beetle was perfect with less than 10k miles but I wanted a back up camera and leather seat. Bill Patterson made my dreams come true! I had an issue in the service dept yesterday with a mix up of parts for my car . I must say the issue was quickly resolved. I was given a loner car and my car was delivered to me at my home in Kings Mountain NC today . Great customer service !!!!!

I am truly a difficult customer, never rude or condescending, but. I have very high standards and don't settle. Nobody looks at buying a car as pleasurable. I was fortunate enough to get Kasey Hardt. I was very upfront on what I wanted and we reached an agreement within 30 minutes. To be honest I was worried because it was so easy. Could not have asked for a better experience. Her customer service set a really high bar for future car shopping. Thank you Kasey!
