I followed a Service Manager to this dealership from another in Charlotte. I love the atmosphere provided for the customer who are there for service. Naturally, I would go there when I needed another car! My salesman, Tony, was super. He was patient and attentive. He made the experience very pleasant and wanted to make things as easy for me as possible. He's one of the good guys! And I will certainly bring my new blue Passat to this dealership for service!!

Sorry! After being there in the morning, I went back in the afternoon and just not loving that they had my car all afternoon and couldn't make it do what it does for me - frequently. And what is that? The heater blows cool air. I love my Passat but between getting majorly ripped off when I bought it and now they can't find what the problem is, I am about done with VWs - when this is paid off!!!!

I actually enjoyed my time there and felt comfortable. Worked with a gentleman by the name of Ryan O'Shields. Great experience, nice person and as honest as you can get from a salesman. Highly recommend working with Ryan.
