VERY, VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I brought my VOLKSWAGEN CAR to the VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP, so to make sure I got it checked out right. WRONG. I SHOULDN’T feel like I’m stupid. I’m disabled and I walk with a cane. I asked for a TOTAL CHECK ON THE CAR ON TOP OF THE PROBLEM I BROUGHT IT IN FOR. SO now they are trying to make me feel like I’m stupid and i didn’t pay for my services with a credit card, I PAID CASH. I FEEL TOTALLY Disrespected by this location period.
Poor customer service. They were unable to explain how they determined their pricing for my trade in and car of interest. We walked outside and they were showing the car to someone else. It seemed as if they were looking for the highest bidder. They did not offer for us to look at any other vehicle.

Walking in the dealership, I didn't know much about VW's. However, Bill Patterson was knowledgeable and help pick out the finer points of the Tiguan. Bill spoke with my wife over Facetime to help her with her choice. Great experience with a simple transaction. Thanks VW of S. Charlotte!!!

We purchased a certified pre owned 2013 Passat in April 2018. Less than 60 days later the battery died- completely. We are extreemly disheartened by the fact that this dealer would not honor this and replace the battery being that the car was less than 60 days old to us! We had to pay our local volkswagen dealer over $200 to replace the battery. To make it worse, our local dealer felt like this was the original battery.
