Wonderful company to deal with. Fantastic stay. We had some severe family health issues that impacted the length of our stay and VIR was wonderful and compassionate in accommodating our needs. The house was in a fantastic location and was reasonably well stocked; some items need replacing but it was extremely comfortable overall. I can't rave enough about the VIR group and would recommend them highly without any hesitation.
Great little house,close to shopping. Had a problem with the Keurig coffee maker.Just called The VIR Group management and it was fixed that day. The house had everything you need for a short or extended stay.
Overall a pretty good experience. The only negative, is that gate passes were not issued. The reason was that they were being stolen, not returned. Ruined my stay by having to press the button. I'm sure there are ways to mitigate this. Including the deposit. Thanks.. Dennis
Great Maintenance Team and awesome Office staff
First timers in The Villages - The house was beautiful and spotless! Great location and Grandma & Grandpa cart rental was wonderful to work with too. Our only suggestion is to not have all the chairs upside down on the table/bars. The kitchen pans were really old and the interior scratched. No pot for boiling water or making soup. No kitchen towels, we had to buy a couple. Seemed like a newly acquired rental and just needs a few more items. Everything else was great. Super easy check in and out.
We enjoyed the house and the central locaton between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing.
A few disappoint things about our stay at Dalton Drive were: no gas in golf cart or grill, the sweeper bag was beyond full and there were no other bags available, not an abundance of cleaning tools. I think is a reflection of the rental company. Manager Response: Lori, thank you for your review. Please note the signage on the golf cart which we operate like a rental car. Stayed in this clean and beautiful home for 5 days in Feb 2017. Wasn't happy that golf cart was NOT there when we arrived. Called VIR Group and they stated Cart Rental family they used was involved in car accident and they weren't able to deliver it. They said to rent one somewhere else and they would reimburse $10/day. This is high season but after a few calls found one but ended up paying $140 for it. Although we have visited friends who live in The Villages many times, this was the first time that my husband and I rented our own place. And we couldn't have been more pleased. This lovely home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - golf cart, gas grill, comfortable furnishings. The location was ideal at the end of a quiet street with a fenced backyard for privacy.
