We had a great time. The property was perfect for our family. VIR handled the check in and out so well. We were provide the answer to every question before we could ask.
This was one of the nicest, most cleaned unit I have ever stayed in. VIR did one very nice job on this unit. We did have a issue with the clothes dryer but was taken care of. can't say enough good things about VIR rentals. Thank You
Our stay at 1042 Otter Lane was just beautiful to say the least. Just gorgeous the house was spectacular in every aspect. Sitting out in the patio was so peaceful. I can't wait to book again. Everything was perfect. Thank you VIR!!

As far as the rental property itself, it was clean, in good condition and as expected. Everything expected to be furnished was provided. Linen, appliances,furnishings and expected supplies were sufficient. Access to the building was easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Lighting could be improved. Instructions regarding use of TV and thermostat would have been helpful. Pleased that there was no contact regarding sales. We were left in peace in that regard unlike other places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1042 Otter Ln. The home was very comfortable and we were very comfortable. The location on the perserve was comfortable and serene. Certainly a good experience. VIR was attentive and very responsive to any issue that arose (which were very minor). We have rented next year for a different location, just to try out different experiences and used VIR for that rental also.

Great house. easy simple rental process. VIR is very professional with several small touches that enhanced the stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Appreciated the comfortable bedding, furnishings, and overall newness and condition. We cooked frequently and found the pots to be low in quality and due to scratching, some in need of replacing. A DVR would enable guests to rent movies.
