We enjoyed the great location and the courtyard villa type of home so much we bought a similar property in the neighborhood. Overall the amenities VIR offered were very good, furniture, bikes, golf cart, etc. The downsides were a smell near the refrigerator and tile floors that seemed difficult to keep clean. The lanai windows needed fixing. Overall a good experience.
Like home away from home. The property was as described by The VIR Group. Clean and well maintained. Close to the friends we were visiting. We always enjoy the activities at the villages and I would recommend this to anyone. One small problem with air conditioning, but they fixed that.
Nice home next to Brownwood. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a roomy clean house.
We couldn't have been happier with our rental experience through VIR. The rental was exactly as described. VIR had great communication with us before and during our visit. Would definitely rent through VIR again.

Communicate with the actual Customers, as you have done. All of which contributed to making my stay at The Villages & my Eightieth Birthday Celebrations so very Special.
PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. That's all I can say about our stay at our home in the Villages. The house was immaculate, there was everything you needed to enjoy your stay. VIR concierge was amazing. No matter what you asked or what you need they made it happen in a flash. No doubt we will book again with VIR. Can't wait to book again thank you all again for making our vacation the best.
