The location could not be beat! Right across the street from the beautiful town square Sumpter Landing. Great that rental included a golf cart. Very clean and easy access with electronic entry and garage door opener. A great stay!
Wonderful experience with VIR and the house was great. It was clean and very comfortable place to kick back and relax.
The convenience of short term stay is right here at 863 Enisgrove Way. Lovely 3BD 2BA home right in the heart of the Villages. Amenities were plentiful; 2 car garage, golf cart, Grill, and full access to all the Villages has to offer. I highly recommend this home to anyone traveling in and around the area. As we live less than an hour away and are very familiar with the Villages shopping, entertainment, and eateries...we can decided to take it to the next level.. The property was above expectations and our passion was exploring the golf cart trails... Would love to return over the holidays..
Delwood Way home was immaculate upon our arrival and everyone we had contact with from VIR whether in-person or by phone was extremely helpful and pleasant. We think that the televisions in the home are too small. Other than that we have no complaints about the home. It is in a great neighborhood with friendly residents and close to everything.
As a first time renter at the villages, we weren't sure how this would be. To our surprise it was the best experience, thanks to the VIR group. Everything was spotless and easily assessable. We enjoyed the golf cart and went to all the squares to enjoy the music. Every restaurant was excellent. We visited three different swimming pools. We couldn't ask for anything more. We highly recommend this rental group.
As the owner of the Villa in the Villages I am so horrified by my experience with this company. It should work well for the person who rents the property but the owner of the property has a very different experience I was charged for services in a brand new property that were not requested and I was charged without obtaining receipts I could not get answers and when questioned I received scathing responses. The home was set up with ALL you need to be comfortable. It was VERY clean. It even had two coffee Pots on the counter, one with a glass carafe and package for your first pot of brew. Also, to our surprise on the other end of the counter was a Keurig with 4 starter pods, cream, sugar and two mugs:-). Wonderful toiletries in both bathrooms. This group is dishonest They do not manage the properties entrusted to them properly. They use the owners property to place clients in short term rentals. They pad the fees by adding services not requested and they do not show the fees charged for the rental,payment of tax,receipts for purported services. They store vehicles in the home without informing their client and when asked to remove the vehicle they claim the client stole their property.
