My second visit to The Villages - enjoyed it as much as before - 1516 Rosedale Way was as advertised - except - very disappointed to find only one closet for entire house - owners have placed a lock on the closet in guest bedroom - made it very awkward for my guest - as before the Technology, Staff and Accessibility of VIR is the best of any property management group I have ever encountered (your staff did not even make fun of me when I initially could not figure out how to use the shower in the guest bedroom) - bottom line ... read more

We "scored" big when we chose this home at 890 Vasquez Avenue. The location was terrific. It was located on a quiet street with easy golf cart access to Sumter Landing, Colony Plaza, golf and rec centers. Our Home away from Home was very clean with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We enjoyed breakfast on the private patio. The nearby Pine Ridge pool was a great refresher in the late afternoon after a quick 9 holes at nearby Escambia Executive or a full 18 out of the Havana Country Club courses. We loved the house at 480 Corbett, it seemed like home to us. It was very clean
Wonderful home. We are repeat VIR customers and they are spot on every time.Don't hesitate to rent this home, it's very nice The property description was spot on and very clean and VIR was great. 2 very small things that in my opinion could use attention and they are certainly not a big deal. The spare bedrooms do not have TV's and as one other person pointed out - more bath towels would be a plus. Please don't take this as a complaint, the home was PERFECT.
