A nightmare for landlords. They do not deal with transparency and they make money on the property with the land lords losing money because of fees charged for services they did not agree to and undercharging for the properties and not disclosing the charges in advance but promising the landlord a great return on the investment. Threatening, nasty, dishonest,noncommunicative, unprofessional, defaming and 40 other landlords were defrauded by the group
The experience with VIR was great. House was clean and comfortable as advertised!
What a perfect vacation home!!!! The layout was very nice. Allowing for privacy, yet cozy. The caged in back area was perfection. My favorite spot every evening. Perfect for entertaining or just enjoying the breeze and view. The bedrooms were lovely and of perfect size. Nice king and queen beds, not twins or God forbid, a pull out sofa. I would buy this house, I liked it that much!!!
Florida vacay. It was pleasant , proximity was close to where we needed to stay. Was a fantastic experience and have recommended to multiple friends and family.

Awesome. The home was just beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back and stay again. Cannot say enough good things, the home was immaculate and met our every need.
As a first time renter at the villages, we weren't sure how this would be. To our surprise it was the best experience, thanks to the VIR group. Everything was spotless and easily assessable. We enjoyed the golf cart and went to all the squares to enjoy the music. Every restaurant was excellent. We visited three different swimming pools. We couldn't ask for anything more. We highly recommend this rental group.
Spectacular Vacation!!! We arrived at our vacation home having no idea what to expect, since we have never done this before. We were amazed at how perfect everything was. It was so clean and very convenient to pools and recreation areas. The VIR Group was very helpful at all times. We truly enjoyed riding everywhere in the golf car. We visited every square and enjoyed the music and dancing. Restaurants were wonderful, especially the Lighthouse at Lake Sumpter. I would highly recommend this property and the VIR Group.
We loved this villa, it had everything we needed and more. We were visiting family and enjoyed our stay..did not want to leave! Would love to stay there again one day.
