Appalling ! Do not use this Company . We rented a home for one month the air-conditioning broke and it took 11 calls all answered by this company's representative is to simply have the courtesy of a phone call back . As I am writing this we have been two full days and two nights without air-conditioning in 94° temperatures 90% humidity and not one solitary return call from the VIR group. Perfect Short Get-Away. Thank you for a wonderful mini-vacation! The home was equipped with plenty of kitchen goods, linens, and creature comforts. We were well informed during the reservation, check-in, and check-out process. Since our stay was short, we didn't participate in the many available activities...but we sure did enjoy the local restaurants. We can honestly say "We had a great time!", and would recommend VIR Rentals to anyone. The only thing this home needs is an outside privacy area.
Excellent Villages/VIR Experience. Our recent rental experience from VIR was truly exceptional. The VIR experience is highly professional. I especially enjoyed the portal. The home at 2411 Bayberry Court was very clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained with no problems during the rental period. The golf cart was in excellent shape and performed flawlessly throughout the week. I highly recommend this property and the VIR management firm.
House at 1715 Buxton Terrace was everything we could dream of. Truly made our family vacation/reunion one to remember. Can't wait to go back. Thank you!
Our vacation home on Vasquez Avenue. Our place was perfect! Great location, beautiful home! Loved the openness of rooms. Would recommend VIR group to anyone looking for a rental place in The Villages, FL. The staff was fantastic! Thank you!
Sister Trip. There were 6 women in our group. The trip was great and the rental added to our experience. The home was very clean and accommodating. We cooked 2 dinners and 1 lunch at the home. We played games at the table. The home felt very spacious and we were all able to get in the kitchen to fix meals and hang out. It was very convenient to groceries and the town squares. We went to Mount Dora one day. We were all very pleased and would stay there again. We did not use the golf cart as we do not golf.
Comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 17470 Evergreen Court! We have stayed at many homes in The Villages and this was by far the most comfortable. It was extremely clean and well maintained, just as described. I will definitely work with The VIR Group again!
I would not rent this home again at 480 Corbett Drive. However the location and golf cart were the highlights for us. We cook and the gas stove was to me in my opninion most unsafe. As it was perhaps the cheapest one in the store. In addition when cooking the entire place heating up as if a fire was going for the winter. Not cool at all. The pots and pans again were not made for a gas stove. The set up in the kitchen i.e. Dishes utensils were all discombobulated, not well laid out at all. Well, this was the second time in three months we rented frim the VIR Group. First time great, this time not so great. When we arrived at this house the driveway needed a good cleaning, Wet flyers in driveway and lots of leaves and bits of branches all over. But inside looked OK until we started seeing soo many bugs (very large ones). Popcorn under sofa cushion, which made us very uncomfortable.
