All the comforts of home and more! This lovely 3 bedroom home was more than we expected- well maintained, exceptionally clean, spacious with a good layout, and in a quiet neighborhood in a central location. We truly enjoyed the backyard putting green and included golf cart which was used for golf as well as trips to the restaurants and shops at Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs and nearby pool. FL trip early Oct 2017. I was so happy to have the opportunity to stay at the 1715 Buxton Ter house. The swim spa was great and having the golf cart to ride around in was so fun. The only thing I wanted to do, but didn't was to use the BBQ. I didn't want the hassle of having to refill the propane tank. I would definitely want to stay here again.
Excellent villa. This villa is in a great location. It was spacious, well maintained, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our thanks to Alistair and his team at The VIR Group for their calmness and help when we locked ourselves out!
Comfy home with central location. This home has all that you need for a comfy stay.central location in the villages. Very helpful staff at vir and Ciara is the best. There is so much to do in the villages. I'm looking forward to coming back next year to look for a home to purchase .
Beautiful rental property. The home was very clean and comfortable. Our family loved everything about it. We will definitely stay again.
The place and location were perfect! Everything you would need is there. Very clean and well maintained! The only problem we experienced was the headlights to the golf car did not work which I contacted VIR and they immediately addressed it, even though it was a holiday weekend! Would love to stay there again however purchased my own home.....actually going to contact VIR because they showed me they handle things efficiently and professionally!
Awesome stay. The house far exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for my entire family. The pool was a welcomed addition after a long day. Very comfortable with everything we needed. We would absolutely ask for this home the next time we go visit my sister in The Villages. The golf cart was tons of fun. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay at 614 Statesburg Street. We weren't happy with not being able to use the pool -- a pool serviceman was out to the house 2 times regarding issues with the pool - told us we couldn't go in the water for like 3 hrs. the first day & then again for at least 2 hrs. the 2nd day -- needless to say we weren't very happy about that!!!
