3371 Castlegate. We've stayed in several villas in the villages and this one exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well maintained. The home has been modernized and there are several nice touches throughout. We won't hesitate to come back.

We loved our stay. The rental fit our needs beautifully. I love to cook and the kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils I wanted. The only issue, which weâve had with every Villages home weâve rented, was the towel racks in the bathrooms. There is one very small one that holds two very tightly folded towels. Thereâs nothing for a hand towel at the sinks. Thereâs plenty of room for more. Makes me think the owners never stay there.
Convenient and clean. My family was in for the holidays and enjoyed their stay. It was close to us and whatever recreation they enjoyed. They were most impressed with the cleanliness and the condition along with all that was made available to them.
What a pleasant surprise. We were thrilled with the size of the living area in this adorable one bedroom/one bath home. On previous trips we had rented a 2 bed/2 bath villa and a 3 bed/2 1/2 bath townhouse. The living area in this home was larger that in the other properties! Another surprise was that The Villages is offering free golf carts on the Championship Golf Courses to Fenney residents and guests until Fenney has its own Championship course. A Lovely stay in the Villages. Our stay at 1082 Nash Loop was a delightful experience. The space was very clean and well maintained and everything we needed was there. Only one minor suggestion is to add a lamp in the third bedroom on the night stand.
Had a hard time reaching owner at the other locations. The VIR Group was a pleasure dealing with, quick response and excellent service. Thanks!
Perfect home to stay while visiting my Mother in the Villages. The use of the golf cart was a great. I will be coming back next year.
