Fabulous stay at 3487 Rabbit Run Path. This house was beautiful and the help and information provided by VIR group was outstanding. Every thing went smoothly from the start to the finish. If and when I need to rent another home on vacation I will certainly contact the VIR group.
Our Home Away from Home Was the Best Yet with The VIR Group!! This vacation was truly the best we could have imagined. Of course, The Villages is by itself WONDERFUL, but this villa was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and the location was great. It was right off Buena Vista, close to Brownwood Square, just up the road from the pool, and we preferred it to a 3 BR home we stayed in last December. It had more privacy and the layout was roomier.
House was nice; housekeeping not so much. Don't think this will be published. Alistair not responsive. More threatening because of flaws I described. Charged for rug spot that was imagined. Extra charges not listed in contract were disputed, so she charged for imaginary rug spot. Golf cart was completely filled by us on last night, with witnesses.
The home is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a nice feature and the lanai had a great view of the Palmer Country Club. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again with VIR.

Great house in a great location! Clean with plenty of furnishings and amenities. VIR offers a great app to help you before and during one's stay.I would definitely rent this house again!
Without a doubt one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.The VIR Group were second to none to work with and I cannot say enough good things about these people.
We had a good experience with VIR Group staff. The home, however, needs thorough cleaning and scrubbing of all non carpeted floor surfaces as our feet were black. VIR had the carpets and upholstery cleaned which really helped and we mopped the other floors several times. We washed the rugs and the water was black. These need to be replaced. Thankfully, we brought our own for our stay. The outside landscaping needs weeding, trimming and TLC.
