We stayed in this home for one week in April. Upon our arrival we found it to be in immaculate condition, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai and appreciated the view of the preserve. The home is a short walk to the adult pool, a little further walk to the family recreation center that had a pool, pickle ball courts, bocce ball, and tennis courts. Our daughter said it best when we walked in the door our first night. "It's like they (VIR) really care about us." It was evening when we arrived. Each room was lit. Relaxing music playing from the 60" TV. Welcoming gifts from VIR in the kitchen and bedroom and a personal note from the housekeeper. We felt cared for from start to finish. Best rental group ever!!!
The house was lovely and clean. We dealt with Alistair and Ashley. Very helpful. We would've rented this house again but it was already taken for March 2018 but they found another house which is the exact same layout. Excellent. We loved the privacy and large lanai. Neighbours were very nice
Property was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the location which was in the south end of the villages as it was a little less crowded than other areas. Had a few questions during our stay and the VIR team was responsive and friendly.

Would prefer a notebook on premises with all info for VIR References, trash and recycling procedures, check in, check out, tv schedule, etc. Found some of this posted in laundry room and far side of refridge which did not notice right away. Almost last day another information sheet delivered to door. Explanation of procedures for golf tee times would have been nice before arrived. Our month in a bubble - Our month at 1588 Bayou Place was positive in every way. The Villages is a fascinating place to live for a month and our temporary home was just that, our home.We have already booked for March, 2018. We have told friends and relatives about VIR Group.
My husband, daughter and I loved our stay in this villa. The decor is gorgeous. The house was clean and bright. Everything we needed was there and everything worked perfectly. The location was ideal, a minute to a family pool and a couple minutes to the nearest downtown. We would definitely stay at this property again.
