THE VIR GROUP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. The home was well located. The unit was cleaned well even though they there previous renter was pat leaving. The unit had a number of small items we found that required VIR to replace and repair which is as done courteously and promptly. Quality of Village housing is certainly less than the quality I expected. If one owns, expect workmen to be your constant companion of your checkbook,
We rented this home sight unseen. The moment we walked thru the door we were welcomed with the sounds of classical music being played on two TV's. The home was immaculate. The cleaning crew should be commended for this. The home was supplied with all the condiments, cleaning materials, soap, towels, paper towels, linen, tissue and toilet paper. Nice Stay at The Villages. Bottom line is that The VIR Group is one of the MOST PROFESSIONAL property managers we have ever worked with. The property was great, included a welcome basket of smacks, and everything was exactly as promised!

Great vacation stay at this location. Only amenity missing was a grill.
Second Stay ay The Villages using VIR as rental agent. Recently read stories where VIR's business changed to short term rentals rather than long term. I am interested in perhaps purchasing a home in the Villages for investment purpose with the intent of moving there in the future and having VIR manage it in the meantime. I'm interested in finding out more about this.
The house is great. Very nicely decorated and the location is also great. Close to Brownwood, Eisenhower and Big Cypress rec centers. However, it is woefully lacking in the kitchen department. Only 5 small bowls, no 9 x 12 pan or square 8" pan. No cake pans.No pizza pan or cutter. Needs more large serving spoons. No barbecue cleaning brush. (I bought one of those so now it has one). Cook top had cooked on food around the burners. You need a razor blade to scrape that off and the cleaner for the cooktop was almost empty. I bo... read more
Wonderful vacation home that was very clean, newly decorated, fresh paint, comfortable beds & linen! We had a great week @ The Villages & would not hesitate to return!
The house is comfortable and clean, was a nice stay. We found a inconvenience of the following missing items that we thought should of came with Rental. Garbage bags Dishwasher soap Paper napkins Dawn dish soap Another bigger fry pan Extra toilet paper roll. At least to get someone started as they arrive. We had to move all furniture to the floor because they were all on top of tables and counter Tops. Would of been hard work for a more aged person.
