Excellent 8 weeks.very comfortable ,home from home,any problems sorted very quickly by VIR.
The property description was accurate.The furnishings were like new and well maintained. The rental company fell short on maintaining the house. We had requested assistance with the garage door opener and NO one came to fix it. The landscape company did try to help with the garage opener, but to no avail. We did enjoy our stay and love the activities The Villages has to offer.
Superb facility in excellent condition! Clean, bright with good quality furniture, appliances and accouterments. Only blemish (small) was that the golf cart's gas tank was only half full. Everything else was perfect. Thank you.
From the minute we arrived, VIR made our experience at the Fieldcrest house was beyond our expectations. The fact that we could have our four little dogs with us was a comfort. They loved walking the neighborhood and riding in the golf cart, which was included in the rental. The patio and screened porch, and the three TVs allowed us to have our separate spaces when we needed. We couldn't be happier with this vacation rental.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was fantastic - close to all 3 town squares, shopping centers, and receive centers, yet wad off the beaten path so there was very little traffic. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the golf cart.
This home furnished us with a relaxing space after the sporting exercises of the day. There is so much to do that choosing can be a bit mind boggling. At first, we found The Villages area rather overwhelming but that dissipated as we checked out the area using the provided golf cart, at our own pace, on the recreational trail. I had plan this trip for quite awhile. I took my 15.5 yr old dog with me, unfortunately he got very sick & passed away. We left so much earlier then we were going to stay, because of the tradegy of my dog. The entire staff of vir was so understanding & helpful to me during this awful time in my life. I cant say enough, of how wonderful Brad, & especially mike was too me. You will not find a better professional management company then VIR.
Keep in mind my family loves the villages. My parents had a place in St Charles which is how my family became hooked. From the moment you walk in with the little things to Welcome you to the home to the exquisite furnishings you know you have found the right place. It is nicely landscaped so the time you are just relaxing after doing everything the villages offers really adds to the trip.
