Villa was great.Ideal for our 2 dogs also. VIR took care of 2 minor problems immediately. We had a great time overall. We will be back.
2nd time renting property from VIR, we would highly recommend this company, the only minor issue with this particular property was uncomfortable sofas,but this would notstop us renting 1896 Dalton Drive in 2017,absolutely perfect location.
The rental was in great shape and the service from the VIR group (the property management company) was outstanding. We were greeted with a very nice welcome package (even one for our doggie) and for the remainder of our 1 month stay, the VIR group helped us quickly whenever we had the smallest issues. The rental included a golf cart and the resident card allowed us to play as much free golf as we wanted. I highly recommend this rental.
We had relaxing time at the villages and the home was much more than we expected.The floor plan is exactly what we are planning to purchase for retirement. The home was the cleanest that we ever stayed in and the neighbors were very friendly.VIR is a very professional agency and we plan on doing business with then again in the near future for next year.Thanks again VIR.The home was only minutes to all the town squares.
First, I would like to say I will definitely use VIR again highly recommend. Home was clean and everything we needed was there and in it's place. The only negative thing I can say no TV in the guest room. It was a very fast month of October. Perfect get away. Hurricane Matthew could not ruin our time..
Perfectly located, this adorable cottage was just right for our girls' getaway. In fact, the VIR group found that I was celebrating 11 years Breast Cancer survivor so they made me feel special with a gift bowl full of goodies. Great time and would recommend.
This was a great rental. The location was perfect for cart trips to Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Square. We found the house to be in perfect condition when we arrived; very clean and well maintained. We left it as we found it and would very happily rent this house or another that VIR manages again. Looking forward to next time.
Called before we arrived to have ac turned on.Very clean, great location. Description as described.. VIR even checked on us to make sure we knew what to do in a hurricane! Very pleased, will rent from them again.
The property was very clean and the location was great we went everywhere in the 4 person golf cart, to play golf and to the square. Great service from the management company.
