Loved this house; felt like home thanks to VIR as it was welcoming from the first moment with lights on, soft music playing, mugs & coffee for the first morning - all this after a very delayed flight and long day of traveling. Very comfortable and everything I could have possibly needed was there to make my stay enjoyable. One issue with headlights on golf cart was taken care of right away! Really impressed with VIR Group and would definitely rent from them again!
This villa was in a prime location convenient to the new Pinellas Plaza which had everything we needed. Easy to reach by golf cart (which was included with the villa). The property was clean and well maintained. VIR management provided great customer service and were helpful. We enjoyed line dancing, bunco, town entertainment, pool, restaurants/diners. EVERYTHING!
Thank you for a fab stay in the villages everything we expected and much more. Brilliant location walking distances to the family pool which we had to our selves on the days we used it. We used several different pools and facilities that was no more than a 15min golf cart journey. The villa was also walking distance to the local square for the daily entertainment. VIR is top notch rental company and put this property at the top. First impression is AMAZING!! So welcoming and inviting and really appreciate all the special touches - little soaps, bottled water by the night stand, coffee mugs and treats and even doggy bowls and cookies for our little ones!! Even a doggie ID in case they get lost - thank you for making an amazing first impression!!!! We had an amazing time in The Villages. The house was really beautiful with wood floors and the location was incredible. 2 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing. Thanks to the property management team at VIR for their white glove service. We've stayed with VIR many times before and their service just keeps getting better and better. Had very bad experiences with other property management firms but VIR has been fantastic! Thanks Alistair, Kristi and Caitlyn for an exceptional vacation. We'll be back.
Wonderful! The house was beautiful, had everything that we needed. The Villages were everything we hoped for and more. The VIR Group could not have been more accommodating. Would definitely rent through VIR Group again.
When we arrived at the property it was teaming with atmosphere. We loved the neighborhood. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. My husband and I really enjoyed having her morning coffee outside in the lanai . We really enjoyed our stay at Villages. VIR was very pleasant to deal with. We would love to return again.
