We were in Florida for a graduation, and the Villages was a central location for our group. The rental was well maintained and had all the amenities of home. VIR Group was great.
The house was very nice and clean.Well maintained property. Lots of room for 4 adults. As my wife and I love to cook, the kitchen could be stocked with better utensils and pots. Great location, near Spanish Springs, golf courses, and rec centre. Vir group staff were excellent, had a few problems but were looked after as soon as we contacted them. Only suggestion would be the golf cart needs replacing, very slow, barely made it up some hills. We would definitely come back again.
We were super fortunate to find VIR rentals for our March getaway to Ellis St in The Villages. Not only was our home in a wonderful location, super clean and equipped with a golf cart, we were also able to bring our dog with us. The month went so fast because there was so much to do. I loved the pool and shopping while my husband loved the golfing and many restaurants to choose from. We can't wait until next year!

This property was everything the review said it was. Wonderfully decorated, very comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the golf cart every day. We have never stayed in a unit that was so nicely decorated. If we had a problem (only a small one), we called VIR and they came immediately and fixed it. We have already recommended VIR to several of our friends in the Villages and will definitely use them again. Close to Brownwood, Pinellas Point, Colony Circle and many of the rec centers. VIR Rentals is the best I have ever dealt with. Any little request was handled immediatley and Amanda, Jeff and Allister were just fantastic!
VIR were great, house was ok. Overall good experience. Plusses: good location, convenient to Lake Sumter, country clubs, pools, & golf courses; quiet with nice neighbors; great lanai with horses in backyard from adjacent property; code entry system very convenient; closets more than adequate; rentals team at VIR were always attentive and went above and beyond. Best Rental Agents in The Villages. Real Estate agents responded to every problem which were few. Golf cart was acting up. VIR lended us their personal cart until ours was fixed. They were always friendly and always patient with your questions. They even let in early.
