Beautiful house, well-stocked and very clean! Great communication from the VIR group. I was confident I was staying in a well maintained property and any issues I may have had would be quickly addressed! We had no issues, and the property was better than I expected. Awesome experience and will use the VIR group every time I go.
This was a beautifully decorated home that suited our needs perfectly during our stay at The Villages! We especially loved the air-conditioned lanai! The king-sized master bed was super comfortable! We would definitely return here when we visit our parents again!
We rented the home for a weeks vacation with our adult children and son in law. The home was perfect and we are going to rent it again in 2017 through VIR. Great location and perfectly equipped. Everything was close enough for a very nice and fun golf cart ride. We rented 2 additional carts from Grandpa & Grandma's Village Buggies, use them if you require another cart.
Everything was great. All of our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Our one problem was taken care of promptly by the vir rentals maintenance team. GREAT vacation.
We spent nearly 3 weeks at this villa while staying in The Villages to attend to some family business. It was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The only place for improvement would be to stock the kitchen a little better. There were only 3 or 4 teaspoons, and with just the two of us we ran out of plates and silverware often. In every other way the house was very well equipped and anything we needed VIR immediately responded.
Our week in our rental at The Villages was great. VIR met all of our needs immediately, including helping us get in when I locked us out of the house, and upgrading our rental when the ac in the one we were in went out.
My husband and I came down to look at homes. Stayed in a beautiful villa. The staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. Made the whole experience fantastic.
We were very happy with the home. The house was very clean, and all of the furnishings and overall appearance was high quality. We would definitely rent this property again through vir. They were very professional.
Great house with a good layout for our group. Had everything we needed for a fun stay in the Villages. Walking distance to the pool, dog park ( to pet others dogs), and the outside workout area. My parents live 4 blocks away so it was nice to stay in the area, but not impose on my family. Had the great surprise of a 4 seater golf cart instead of a 2...definitely appreciated as there were 4 of us! House was really clean, management company kept me informed through email. I would rent again through VIR!
